We are looking for Cover Supervisors to manage our classrooms. You don't need a teaching degree to start; you need "presence," resilience, and a genuine desire to help young people succeed.

The Role: Managing the Room

You won't be expected to plan lessons or mark homework. Your mission is to:

  • Lead the Classroom: Stepping in for absent teachers to deliver pre-set work to groups of students (11-16).

  • Maintain Order: Use your life experience and calm authority to keep students on task and follow the school's behaviour policy.

  • Mentor Students: Be a positive role model for pupils with diverse needs, including SEMH and SEND.
