The Role:

  • Delivering lessons using pre-set work across a variety of subjects and year groups
  • Keeping students on task and maintaining a positive classroom environment
  • Managing behaviour in line with each school's policies
  • Adapting quickly to different classrooms and school routines
  • Ensuring students complete the work left by their usual teacher
  • Providing brief handover feedback at the end of the day

We're Looking For:

  • Teachers with QTS/QTLS or strong classroom experience
  • Confident individuals who can manage behaviour effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable teachers who can settle into new environments quickly
  • Reliable and professional staff with good communication skills
  • Those open to teaching a range of subjects or sticking to their specialism
