We are currently working with several welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Northampton who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for an ASAP start. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and keen to gain valuable experience supporting students in a school environment.
The Role:
- Supporting teachers during lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Helping students stay engaged and on track with their learning
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with students, including those with additional needs or SEND
- Assisting with classroom behaviour and promoting positive learning attitudes
- Supporting students to build confidence, independence, and motivation
- Contributing to wider pastoral and academic support within the school

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Has experience working with young people (education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care backgrounds are beneficial but not essential)
