This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow in confidence, and support students in developing key literacy skills-while building a strong foundation for future teacher training routes such as PGCE, School Direct, or SCITT, including salaried or bursary-funded options.

Who We're Looking For
Recent English graduates (or related subjects such as English Literature, Language, or Creative Writing) with a 2:2 or above
A genuine interest in working with young people and education
Confident, adaptable, and eager to learn
Considering teacher training in the future and looking to gain relevant experience
