Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in education, or someone with transferable experience working with young people, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. You'll work alongside teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential, providing one-to-one support, assisting with small group interventions, and encouraging positive engagement with learning. Some roles may also involve supporting students with additional learning needs, helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

We have a variety of opportunities available, including daily supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children or young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or care setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Be passionate about supporting students to achieve their best.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
