We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Milton Keynes that is seeking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to support students in reaching their potential within a positive and encouraging school environment. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide academic, emotional, and pastoral support to students across the school.
The Role
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
Working with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to support learning and progress
Providing additional support to students with SEND and additional learning needs
Helping students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits
Supporting students with literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific activities where required
Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a calm and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with classroom activities, resources, and lesson preparation
Building positive relationships with students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals
