As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students both academically and pastorally while developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects.

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff.

  • Providing one-to-one and small-group interventions.

  • Encouraging student engagement and participation in learning.

  • Assisting with behaviour management and classroom routines.

  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree in any subject.

  • A genuine interest in working with young people.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive and adaptable approach.

  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
