The Role
The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils and teachers across the school by:
Providing classroom support to help deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
Working alongside teachers to support pupils' learning and development.
Delivering 1:1 and small group support for children who require additional help.
Assisting pupils with SEND, ensuring they receive appropriate encouragement and guidance.
Supporting classroom behaviour strategies and promoting a positive learning environment.
Helping children develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
Supporting learning activities, preparation of resources, and classroom organisation.
Encouraging pupils to participate fully in school life and achieve their potential.
