Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teacher to work in Daventry, supporting learners and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment.

You do not need to hold QTS for this role. We are keen to hear from individuals with transferable skills and experience who are confident leading groups and adapting to different environments.

The Role:

• Leading and engaging groups of learners in a positive and supportive environment.
• Building strong relationships and encouraging participation.
• Adapting your approach to meet different needs and learning styles.
• Creating a structured environment where learners feel supported and motivated.
• Responding confidently to new situations and adapting to changing needs.
• Supporting learners to develop their confidence, skills and independence.

• Has experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, training or leading groups.
• Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with a range of people.
• Is confident managing groups and maintaining engagement.
• Can think on their feet and adapt quickly to new environments.
• Has a patient, proactive and encouraging approach.
• Is reliable, flexible and passionate about helping others succeed.
