There are certain qualities that an employer will look for in their ideal Primary Teacher. You will need to be an enthusiastic individual who has a love of working with children; you must have patience and compassion, and be able to enact discipline appropriately and when necessary.

You will be building the foundations of their knowledge necessary for success in later life. You should be able to comfort children with guidance and emotional support, being someone they can turn to at any time.
