Cover Supervisor - Northampton

We are recruiting motivated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Northampton. This role is ideal for graduates or professionals with experience in coaching, mentoring, or working with young people who are looking to transition into teaching.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and deliver pre-set lesson plans

  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment

  • Support students with their learning and behaviour

  • Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress

About you:

  • Graduate or experienced working with young people

  • Confident communicator with strong classroom presence

  • Passionate about education and supporting student progress
