Cover Supervisor - Corby

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Role: Cover Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Daily Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Corby area. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.

The Role:

  • Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials

  • Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment

  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Support students to remain engaged and on task

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with young people (education, coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.)

  • Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills

  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to work in the UK
