Drama Teacher - Corby, Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP / Next Term
Contract: Full-time (with part-time considered)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Corby area, seeking a passionate Drama Teacher to join their creative arts department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire students through engaging, practical drama lessons and foster confidence, creativity, and self-expression in the classroom.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum

  • Encourage participation, performance skills, and creativity

  • Contribute to school productions and the wider creative arts culture

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)

  • Has experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting

  • Is confident, energetic, and passionate about the performing arts

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

  • ECTs are welcome to apply
