We are proud to be working with a progressive secondary school in Northampton, currently looking to appoint a dedicated Spanish Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a school that values languages and actively supports staff development.
The Role
- Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4, with potential involvement at KS5
- Create engaging lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Incorporate cultural understanding and global awareness into teaching
- Differentiate lessons to support a wide range of learning needs
- Play an active role in departmental planning, assessment, and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) in MFL
- Experienced or confident in teaching GCSE Spanish
- Energetic, innovative, and able to engage learners effectively
- Dedicated to maintaining strong classroom standards
- Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking guidance and growth
