The Role:

Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 teaching
Deliver dynamic lessons that develop students' understanding of key chemical concepts
Use practical investigations and experiments to bring learning to life
Differentiate lessons to challenge high achievers while supporting those who need additional guidance
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, using data to inform teaching strategies
Work collaboratively with the Science team to enhance curriculum delivery and enrichment provision

About You:

Qualified teacher status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Chemistry, with the ability to contribute to general Science teaching
Confident in managing a classroom and creating a positive learning environment
Motivated, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
Willing to contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community

Both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, with structured support and mentoring available.
