SEN Teaching Assistant - Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £90-£105 per day
Contract: Full-time, part-time and long-term opportunities

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a number of SEN schools across Milton Keynes, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and EHCPs.
We are looking for caring, patient and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools and provide tailored support to pupils both within the classroom and on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- Understand the importance of individualised support and EHCP outcomes
- Be confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
- Have a patient, nurturing and consistent approach
- Be adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a wider school team
