Key Responsibilities

Behaviour Management

Strong behaviour management skills are essential for this role. The successful teacher will be confident in creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated to learn. You will be expected to implement behaviour policies consistently, maintain high expectations, and use effective classroom management strategies to promote engagement and achievement.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching German and French within a secondary school setting
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • A passion for languages and student success
