History Teacher - Wellingborough

Full-Time | Cover Until Christmas | Potential for Extension

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher for a school in Wellingborough. This is a cover role running until Christmas, with the possibility of extending beyond this for the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher looking for their next role who can engage students, deliver effective History lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

The Role:

• Teach History across the relevant age groups and key stages.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and support their progress.

• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support students' learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has experience teaching History at secondary level.

• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Can deliver engaging lessons and adapt teaching to meet students' needs.

• Is available to start for a cover role until Christmas, with potential for a longer-term opportunity.
